A deposit of $100 is required to book an appointment and is applied to the service. This is to ensure you are serious about your time and ours. On the day of the appointment, the deposit will be applied to your total cost. Deposits are non-refundable. There is 15 min grace period.   If you are running behind, please call. This will affect your appointment and others behind.If you no call/no show your appointment, you will lose your deposit. If you have to reschedule, please call at least 48 hours ahead of time and your deposit will be transferable. If you reschedule more than three times, you will lose your deposit and will need to book a new appointment. We  understand that sometimes life just happens. If there was an unexpected event, please let us know asap.

      What are the benefits of permanent eyeliner?

Permanent eyeliner is convenient,safe, and noninvasive technique that can minimize the time one spends applying makeup each day.  Traditional eyeliner can smudge,smear, or wear off after few hours. Although many people request our permanent eyeliner to reduce their daily makeup routine, the others find permanent eyeliner to be an ideal solution for variety of factors such as medical conditions.

At Alexis Spa, we offer a variety of eyeliner shapes and colors to meet each individual's unique style and preference. Some may feel both upper and lower eyeliner suits their needs best, while others feel only an upper or a lower eyeliner is appropriate for them. From an extra-thin eyeliner that simply enhances the eyelashes to a medium-thick eyeliner that defines and accentuates the eyes, we will work with you to develop your perfect look.

While most of our clients wants a black or brown eyeliner, we also offer fashion colors ( blue,green and violet) on request. Due to safety concerns, we do not apply permanent eyeliner to water line of the eyelid.
