Spa Membership Terms & Conditions (Summary)
Memberships are billed monthly via auto-pay 
Each membership includes one HydraFacial per month based on the selected tier.
Membership services do not roll over and must be used within the billing month.
Member discounts apply to regularly priced services and retail only and cannot be combined with other promotions.
Birthday add-ons are valid during the member’s birthday month and must be redeemed with a service.
Appointments are subject to availability and the spa’s standard cancellation policy.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Full terms available upon enrollment.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services they need. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments and cancellations, the following fees will be applied to your account:


  • Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.
  • Notification given less than 24 hours prior to appointment time will result in a flat rate charge of $35.
  • Failure to show up for your appointment will result in a 50% charge. 
  • Clients who fail to show up for appointments twice will be asked to pay for their next appointment in advance, in full.


Outstanding charges must be paid before scheduling additional appointments.

We reserve the right to refuse service to clients with multiple no shows.
